What you get

What will the finished website help people do?

The site should look like your business, explain it clearly, and make the next step easy.

Clear structure

People can find what matters.

Pages and sections explain what you offer, who it is for, why people should trust it, and what to do next.

A fitting look

The design belongs to your business.

Type, color, layout, images, and motion are chosen as one clear direction.

Useful actions

The site helps people respond.

Calls, email, directions, booking links, forms, catalogs, or other agreed tools fit the visitor’s path.

How scope works

What changes the quote?

The number of pages is only one part of the work.

  • Size: how much of the website must be made.
  • Design: how custom and expressive it should feel.
  • Tools: forms, outside services, and other agreed features.
  • Moving work: content, links, domains, and launch needs.
The deal is clear before work starts.

Card and Card Plus, the one-page sizes, are paid in full before work starts. Site through Scale use half before work starts and half on completion. Dates are confirmed after the needed payment, materials, access, and decision-maker are ready. The agreed client deliverables become yours after final payment; the quote lists any exceptions. A customer-owned web address stays in the customer’s name.

Two adjoining workshop rooms: one shaping a responsive website, the other coordinating practical business tools.
A small footprint can still carry deep art direction. A broad one can stay visually restrained.

What it costs

Where a build starts.

A starting figure for each size. The written quote is the number that counts, and it comes before any work.

By how much site there is

  • Assessment — $200. Not a build. A written report on the site you already have, and the full $200 comes off whichever rung you climb to next. Book one.
  • Card — $400. One page that says who you are and how to reach you.
  • Card Plus — $650. One page with more to say, and room to say it.
  • Site — $1,200. A handful of pages that work as a set.
  • Site Plus — $1,800. More pages, more structure, more ways in.
  • Signature — $2,800. Original art direction throughout.
  • Flagship — $4,000. The full build, top to bottom.

Two things move the price beyond size, and both are stated in the quote rather than discovered later:

  • How far the art direction goes. The standard level is included. Distinctive adds 25%, Atelier adds 50% — each with a minimum, because original design work has a floor below which it cannot be done properly.
  • Moving off a site you already have. Carrying over content, links, and an address without losing what the old site earns you is real work, and it is priced as its own line.

Card and Card Plus are paid in full before work starts. Site and above are half before, half on completion.

Not a whole website?

Single jobs a quote can cover.

Any of these can be its own piece of work, or part of a build.

Keep it working

Upkeep, fixes, and the basics.

Structure, phone layouts, speed, accessibility, and ongoing care after launch — each scoped and priced in writing.

Own the path

Address, business email, selling online.

The parts customers move through and you should own outright. Domains have their own page.

Sharpen it

Design pieces, staff screens, getting found.

One important visual piece, a focused screen for your team, or showing up where customers already look.

Start with evidence

Not ready to commission a rebuild?

Start with an assessment of the public site you already have. You receive written findings, screenshots, and an order of importance. If you later accept a Site Sourcery build, the full assessment amount is credited toward it. Fixes require a separate written scope.
