The Responder

A missed call is a customer who rings someone else.

You were up a ladder, under a sink, or with another customer. By the time you hear the voicemail they have already called the next name on the list. The Responder texts them back within seconds, so the job stays yours.

It works both ways. Miss the call and they get a text saying you will ring back. Take the call and they still get one — you dictate it as you hang up, and they get “Tuesday 9am, see you then” in writing while they are still holding the phone.

$300 to set it up, $250 a month to run it. One job, done properly, and you can switch it off whenever you like.

This one is not a button. Setting it up means your number, your forwarding, and words written for your business — so it starts with a conversation and I set it up with you.

A luminous mechanical hive chamber where distinct business workflow cells operate around a central control table.
One bounded job at a time. The Responder is built around the moment your business actually loses: the call nobody caught.

What it costs

$300 to set up. $250 a month.

Setting it up means connecting it to your number, writing what it says, and testing it against real calls. That is the $300. Running it — the messages, the monitoring, the changes when your hours or your offer change — is the $250 a month.

No contract. Stop whenever it stops earning its keep.

What moves the price

  • How many steps it handles
  • What it has to connect to
  • How much it decides alone
  • What happens when it is unsure

Every Responder install has a stop condition: a point where it hands back to a person instead of guessing. That boundary is agreed in writing with the price.

Choose one moment to frame the conversation.

We will keep later prompts hidden until you choose. You can come back whenever you like.

Your choices stay on this page. The optional notes file is made in your browser. Nothing here orders work, saves customer data, changes another tool, or starts a service.

Examples, not a menu

The moments it covers.

A missed call is the main one. These are the near neighbours — the other moments where a fast, plain reply keeps a customer who would otherwise drift. Need something that runs your operations rather than wins you work? That is a different conversation — call me and we will scope it properly.
