Acceptance and account authority
Browsing and free previewing do not accept these terms. Acceptance happens through the optional account path.
Read full acceptance terms
Building, revising, and testing the private preview does not create an account, save a project, authorize payment, order a domain, publish a site, or accept these terms. The account shows the terms and privacy versions being accepted before a preview is saved as an editor project. The person accepting represents that they are old enough to contract and authorized to act for the named organization. The exact $5 quote receives its own review and acceptance before payment. A separate written agreement controls made-for-you, publishing, domain, Care, or other scoped work.
Free preview and saved editor project
Preview one page for free. Create an account only if you choose to save it as an editor project.
Read the product boundary
Abracadabra makes one page from customer-supplied facts and one of the supplied looks. The free preview stays in the editor tab and is cleared by refreshing or closing that tab. Saving requires an account, a named editor project, acceptance of the project terms, and a chosen preview version. A saved project can keep later reviewed versions under the same project identity.
This self-service path does not include old-site migration, outside integrations, original human design, human writing, human revision rounds, a domain, hosting, DNS changes, or publication. Those needs require self-hosting by the customer or a separate conversation and written scope.
Publishing and addresses are separate
The $5 Download provides an HTML file. It does not include a web address, hosting, or Site Sourcery publication.
Read the publishing boundary
The customer may place the downloaded file with a hosting provider they choose. Site Sourcery does not promise a hostname, hosting plan, access-controlled site, certificate, DNS change, or publication state through this Download. If the customer asks Site Sourcery to help with publishing or an address, that work begins only after a separate written scope identifies the work, price, responsibilities, provider terms, and customer decision.
Customer-owned domains
A customer-owned domain stays the customer’s. Domain work is not included in the $5 Download.
Read domain terms
Site Sourcery does not claim ownership of a customer-owned domain. Domain search, registration, renewal, transfer, DNS, and connection are separate from Abracadabra Download. If separately scoped, the customer must approve the domain, registrant information, provider or registrar terms, price, renewal treatment, and authorized changes before anything is ordered or connected. The customer is the registrant for a customer-owned domain.
The $5 Download quote and payment
$5 once per editor project unlocks Download for that project. It is not a subscription or a charge for each version.
Read Download and payment terms
The signed-in customer chooses a saved version, requests the exact quote, reviews the editor project, version, $5 amount and currency, and affirmatively accepts that quote before continuing to secure payment. A held, expired, declined, cancelled, or otherwise uncompleted checkout creates no Download entitlement. Card entry is handled by the payment processor identified at checkout; Site Sourcery does not ask for the full card number or security code.
A completed one-time $5 payment unlocks the accepted saved-version Download for that editor project. Later accepted versions and repeat downloads from the same retained editor project do not require another Site Sourcery purchase. A different editor project has its own one-time $5 Download unlock. The Download does not renew and does not start a subscription. Payment questions can be sent through the public contact routes; rights that applicable law cannot waive remain available.
Downloaded-file delivery and use
Download delivers an HTML file. The customer may modify it and self-host it without another Site Sourcery payment.
Read downloaded-file terms
The service prepares the accepted saved version for Download and can use a short-lived delivery token. The customer should inspect the file, keep a copy somewhere they control, and test it in the environment where they use it. The customer may edit, copy, and self-host that downloaded HTML without repaying Site Sourcery for the same file or project entitlement.
Downloading does not place the page on the public Internet. Once the customer edits, shares, or hosts the file outside Site Sourcery, the customer is responsible for that copy, the chosen hosting and domain services, security, backups, accessibility, lawful content, and any third-party terms. Site Sourcery cannot remove or update a file held on the customer’s device or another provider.
Customer content, rights, and responsibility
The customer keeps lawful rights in supplied material and gives Site Sourcery limited permission to save and Download the project.
Read customer-content terms
The customer grants Desiderata Labs LLC and its service providers a nonexclusive permission to receive, store, back up, compile, screen, display, secure, and deliver project material only as needed to provide and protect the accepted account, saved-project, payment, and Download service. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to names, marks, words, links, and other material supplied.
Prohibited uses
Do not use the service to harm, deceive, steal, harass, bypass controls, or violate the law.
Read the prohibited-use list
Prohibited use includes phishing, credential theft, malware, impersonation, fraud, unlawful goods or services, deceptive commerce, harassment, doxxing, non-consensual intimate material, child sexual abuse material, infringement, unlawful threats, unauthorized account use, probing or bypassing access controls, payment abuse, and disruption of the service.
Safety, security, and service protection
Site Sourcery can restrict an account, payment, or Download to address credible misuse, security, rights, provider, or legal concerns.
Read safety and restriction terms
Where practical and lawful, Site Sourcery can give notice and a contact path for questions. Urgent harm, fraud, security, payment-provider, court, or legal requirements can require immediate restriction. A restriction on the Site Sourcery service does not transfer ownership of customer material or a customer-owned domain, and it cannot remove a file that the customer already downloaded to a device or independent host.
Made-for-you and other scoped work
Made-for-you design, writing, migration, integrations, domain help, and publishing need a separate written scope.
Read made-for-you terms
The Abracadabra account or $5 Download does not order made-for-you design, writing, migration, integrations, human revision work, a domain, hosting, or publication. Those services begin only after the customer and Site Sourcery accept a separate written scope covering the job, price, responsibilities, and next step.
Website assessment
An assessment reviews an existing public site; repairs need a separate accepted scope.
Read assessment terms
The exact scope, price, turnaround, and any later credit are shown in writing before purchase. The assessment diagnoses and does not itself change the site.
Hive conversation guide
Hive is a short phone or in-person conversation with Zack and does not place an order or start work.
Read Hive terms
Hive is a short phone or in-person conversation with Zack about one task that keeps slipping. The conversation does not activate an integration, send a message, make a booking, request a review, change an invoice, contact a provider, order work, or replace legal, compliance, accounting, safety, or industry advice. If work could be useful, its scope and price are stated separately in writing before the customer decides.
Care is separate
Ongoing upkeep, monitoring, changes, backups, and response duties are not included in the $5 Download.
Read Care terms
Care requires a separate explicit written scope. Downloading or self-hosting the HTML does not create a Site Sourcery duty to maintain, monitor, update, back up, restore, secure, or support the page or the customer’s chosen host.
Service ownership and downloaded-file rights
Site Sourcery keeps its service and brand. The customer may modify and self-host the downloaded HTML.
Read ownership terms
Site Sourcery keeps its service code, account and payment systems, brand, reusable tools, and methods. The customer keeps the lawful rights they already hold in supplied business material. After the $5 Download is delivered, the customer receives ongoing permission to use, copy, modify, and self-host that downloaded HTML without another Site Sourcery payment, subject to third-party materials or licenses identified in the file or a separate written agreement.
Service warranty boundary
The service is provided as described and may not fit every business, legal rule, device, browser, host, or use.
Read warranty terms
To the extent the law permits, the public pages, maker, account, saved-project, payment, and Download functions are provided as presented without an implied promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular regulated purpose. Network, browser, payment, customer-device, and independent hosting systems can fail separately. Customers should inspect each Download and keep suitable copies.
Limits and separate written agreements
Applicable law and a signed project agreement can set rights or limits that these general terms cannot change.
Read limit terms
To the extent permitted by law, Desiderata Labs LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential harm arising from the public pages, maker, account, saved project, payment, or Download service. A separately signed agreement can state different project-specific commitments, remedies, and limits and controls for that project.
Changes, account requests, and contact
Material changes receive a new version. Use the public contact routes for account, payment, privacy, or legal questions.
Read change and contact terms
A material change receives a new effective date and any notice or fresh acceptance required by law. Customers may contact Site Sourcery about account access, correction, deletion, or a payment question, subject to identity verification and records that must lawfully remain. Questions and notices can be sent to (856) 244-1220 or sitesourcery@proton.me.
